MY STORY...

French, I am primarily ''Reunionnaise''. I grew up and spent my first 20 years in this little "intense island" called Reunion, lost in the middle of the Indian Ocean, which looks very much like paradise on Earth.

During these first 20 years in Reunion Island, I developed a strong sense of family and a particular interest for people. Immersed in a multicultural environment and being naturally curious, I quickly learned to appreciate others' differences and saw how diversity shapes a group positively. My appetite for challenges led me to pursue a preparatory class for Business Schools and to go pursue a Master's degree at Grenoble graduate School of Business (GGSB) in metropolitan France. It was a nice 3 years time in the ''mountains'', during which I met my husband, my best friends but also discovered the field of Human Resources, that I chose to specialise in.

I graduated in 2006 and then started my career as a HR consultant in Paris, where I lived for 4 years. This first experience along professional coaches with different backgrounds was the beginning of great friendships but also an encounter with a job that made me dream.

Eager to gain international experience, I decided to grab an opportunity to move to Dubai. I became HR Manager for 4 years for a large French FMCG group, in which I could satisfy and develop my passion for people and my ability to overcome challenges, within a diverse team: I was responsible for a region encompassing 14 countries spread over the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. As a member of the Management Committee, this experience allowed me to fully understand the challenges associated with fast growth in an emerging environment.

After the birth of my daughter, I realised the importance of putting my energy into what had really always really mattered to me and I decided to fulfil my dream of becoming a coach and not to wait 10 years more as I had originally planned. After a professional coaching training with CTI, I decided to set up my own business as a coach and do what I really love: helping others achieve their dreams, rediscover, appreciate and develop themselves to simply be happier.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC), trained and certifed by CTI(Coaches Training Institute) - the first training school to have its program accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have also a Master’s Degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Grenoble Graduate School of Business (a top ranking French business school)

Ten years in Human Resources, working in consulting and for a multinational company, allow me today to have a thorough knowledge of the environment and the challenges posed by the professional world. Also, as a woman and expatriate working mom, I personally experienced some of the challenges each of us may encounter during their lives.

Finally, I am passionate about theatre, improvisation and dance.
